The information to passengers.

Examination of passengers, carry on luggage and luggage is made with a view of maintenance of aviation safety, protection of life and health of passengers, members of crews and the air stuff , suppression of possible attempts of capture (stealing) of civil aircrafts and other acts of illegal intervention in activity of Civil Aviation on the part of criminal elements, and also prevention of illegal transportation of the weapon, an ammunition, explosive, poisoning, inflammable and other dangerous substances and the subjects prohibited to transportation on air transport on conditions of aviation safety.

of dangerous substances and the subjects prohibited to passengers and members of crews to transportation in passenger compartments of civil aircrafts

1. The fire, gas, pneumatic, cold, mechanical weapon of all kinds:

• pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines, and other fire, gas, pneumatic weapon, electroshock devices and their simulators;
• arbalets, guns for skin diving, checkers(blocks), sabers, hatchets, yataghans, broadsword, swords, bayonets, daggers, cutlass sabers, stylets;
• knifes: hunting, landing, Finnish, a bayonet - knifes, knifes with thrown out blades, with locked locks, and also household knifes with length of blade above 110 sm.

2. Explosives, means of detonation and subjects them filled:

• any gunpowders , in any packing and in any quantity(amount), cartridges fighting, including small-caliber, cartridges to the gas weapon, caps (percussion caps) hunting;
• pyrotechnic means: alarm and lighting rockets, cartridges alarm, landing checkers(blocks), smoke cartridges, matches of the demolition man, Bengal fires, petards railway;
• trotyl, dynamite, toll, ammonal and other explosives: Caps - detonators, electrodetonators, the electroinflammable, detonating and fireproof cord etc.

3. The compressed and liquefied gases:

• gases for household using (butane - propane) and other gases, gas cylinder with filling nervous - paralytic and teargas influence.

4. Inflammable liquids:

• acetone, gasoline,, marked acetate , carbon bisulphide, ethers, tests of inflammable mineral oil and other inflammable liquids.

5. Inflammable firm substances:

• substances which from action on them waters allocate heat and combustible gases that can cause spontaneous ignition and a fire: potassium, sodium, calcium metal and their alloys, calcium phosphorous and others;
• phosphorus white, yellow both red and all other substances concerning a category of inflammable firm substances;
• peroxides organic;
• nitrocellulose, in granules or flakes, dry or damp, 25 % of water containing less or solvent; nitrocellulose in pieces, damp 25 % of spirit containing less; nitrocellulose dry or damp, 30 % of solvent containing less or 20 % of water.

6. Poisonous and poison gases:

• anyone poisonous strong and poison gases in the liquid or firm condition, packed into any container, nicotine, strychnine, тетрагидрофурфуриловый spirit, antifreeze, a brake liquid, ethyl spirit, mercury, all salts of a hydrocianic acid and cyanic preparations, a cyclone, cyanogen, arsenious anhydride and all others, poisonous strong and poison gases.

7. Caustic and corrosion substances:

• strong inorganic acids: hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric and others, a fluoric-hydrogen acid and other strong acids, and corrosion substances.

8. Other dangerous substances, subjects and cargoes which can be used for making act of illegal intervention.

Rules of transportation of the gas weapon.

With a view of the warning of acts of illegal intervention in activity of the Civil Aviation, exception of use of the gas weapon in the criminal purposes, a safety of flights of passengers and members of crews of aircrafts of the Civil Aviation.

P R O H I B I T E D

1. Transportation on aircrafts of the Civil Aviation gas cylinders and cartridges to gas pistols, revolvers with filling nervous - paralytic and teargas influence.
2. Without cartridges at presence at the owner of the sanction to the right of storage and carrying of the weapon, it is authorized to take gas pistols, revolvers only in luggage.
3. To solve the problem on attraction of the owner of gas bags, cartridges to gas pistols to the administrative responsibility according the article 106 КОАП of the Russian Federation.

A rule of transportation of fire-arms.

• It agrees the Russian legislation fire and a cold steel (hunting, sports, fighting) and an ammunition are supposed to transportation on passenger air transport at presence from passengers of the appropriate sanction, the given weapon surrenders to employee САБ for the period of flight.
• Passengers, which have not pass examination, and also not having at themselves of the documents, certifying the person are not supposed to transportation.
• To Passengers is strictly prohibited to accept from extraneous persons for transportation on aircrafts suitcases, parcels and other subjects and also to trust the luggage to unfamiliar citizens under supervision even on short time.
• Transportation by passengers on aircrafts of the Civil Aviation the substances and the subjects prohibited to transportation, entails the responsibility stipulated by the law.
