| The international point of frontier Control "Magadan Airport" is open for the international flights by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation from June, 2, 1991 ¹ 549-Ð.
The frontier Control point "Magadan Airport" carries out the following primary goals:
- check of the bases for the passing through border of persons, vehicles, cargoes, the goods and animals, examination of vehicles, cargoes, the goods;
- detection and detention of infringers of Rules of crossing of frontier;
- revealing, the prevention and suppression of crimes and administrative offences;
- maintenance and performance of the international contracts of the Russian Federation on questions of maintenance of a mode of frontier.
According to the Federal law of the Russian Federation the citizen of the Russian Federation can not be limited in the right to departure the Russian Federation differently, as on the bases and in the order stipulated by the Federal law. The citizen of the Russian Federation can not be deprived rights on entrance to the Russian Federation.
The order of crossing of frontier of the Russian Federation at realization of departure the Russian Federation and entrance to the Russian Federation is adjusted by the Law of the Russian Federation "About frontier of the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "About the order of departure the Russian Federation and entrance to the Russian Federation".
The item 7 of the Federal law says, that main laws on which citizens of the Russian Federation carry out departure and entrance from\to the Russian Federation, admit: the passport, a diplomatic passport, a service passport, the passport of the seaman.
According to an item 20 minor citizens of the Russian Federation leaving without support, should have at themselves notarially made out warrant of parents, trustees or trustees to departure the Russian Federation except for the passport. In case the minor citizen leaves for the term of from above 3 months, this warrant also should be certified by bodies of trusteeship and guardianship of the order established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The citizen of the Russian Federation recognized as court incapacitated, under the petition of parents, adopters or trustees can leave the Russian Federation in support of the full age person, capable to provide safety of the incapacitated citizen and safety of environmental people (Item 23).
To the foreign citizens entering on territory of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to have the Russian visa, the valid documents certifying the person and recognized as the Russian Federation in this quality if other is not stipulated by the international contracts of the Russian Federation.
